After the question is - why did you decide to use a class approach? I haven't seen any example with classes in the Express documentation I understand the idea of separating concepts and preparing the application for further expansion but you built a large high-class boilerplate from the lightweight functional Express and something closer to Nest.js so if you prepared Express in such a "corporate" way why did you use it instead of the classy Nest. js? I also wonder why you didn'not due to my dislike for Nest but rather due to the workload and lack of opportunity to work with Nest.js projects.
I tried to hide the Express itself as much as possible. In the case of simple CRUDs the developer might not even realize that Express is in this boilerplate. BTW here's an interesting fact about Nest Phone Number List from their readme : Under the hood Nest makes use of Expresomment I wouldn't even know about this library. I also didn't have much contact with I am.
I also considered using the Mocha/Chai stack but in my subjective opinion the convenience of writing tests in AVA beats it. I know AVA is a bit of an exotic choice based on the stats but I like her a lot. If this post helps someone else like it I'll be very happy. Perhaps I will prepare sirk in IT Reading time min Mass layoffs in IT in are an undeniable fact. Many people including me are concerned about the current situation. However I am far from saying that the "IT bubble has burst" or that the "programming Eldorado" is over. I
